Caring Hands Services was established at the beginning of 2011 by Slavka Frain, a working mother passionate about providing the young people with the best possible start in life. Slavka has over 15 years’ experience in this sector in various roles – Registered childminder, Recruiter and nursery Director/Owner.

Having worked in a variety of nursery settings within the childcare sector, Slavka became a registered Childminder when she had her first child in 2010 and achieved her goal by running it successfully with two assistant staff. It has been a very rewarding journey, with lots of good learning and shared experiences with all she has come into contact with, both through the business and her own family. A great many families and children have been through the doors of Caring Hands Services and a great deal of involvement has been had in the local community. In 2019 Slavka expanded her business by opening a boutique nursery in Fulham.
Setting up “Caring Hands Nursery and Kindergarten” has been a journey full of challenges, excitement and discovery. It’s a Home away from Home where the team provide the highest standard of quality care and learning opportunities for all children, in a loving, safe and fun environment. With an experienced team of professionals focusing on individual development, personalised learning and supported by an extensive range of play resources, parents can be reassured that their children are in the best possible hands.
Slavka is a working Mum herself with 3 children and has recognised the need for parents to reclaim their social life, as its important for everyone’s wellbeing to have time for themselves as well. Slavka started a babysitting agency for introducing the sitters as she understands the importance for parents to leave their children with someone they can trust.
Caring Hands Services has a very rigorous recruitment vetting procedure for all and all candidates who are interviewed, are all professionals, qualified in child education/childcare, with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience, with a passion for looking after children.

I have been working alongside my wife Slavka on every step of her journey in running her successful childcare business. My role in the organisation is to manage all the back office functions of the business. I feel a great deal of pride in the quality care and learning opportunities we provide at Caring Hands Nursery. As parents of our beautiful 3 children, my wife and I understand the struggle that other parents face to find the right setting for their child. We believe that all children warrant a safe educational environment that will enable their learning and growth. Everyday, we strive to provide a long-lasting educational experience to every child that joins the Caring Hands Family.
