Our Story

Founded in 2011 by Slavka Frain, Caring Hands Nursery brings a family-run approach to early years care, supported by more than 20 years of experience in the childcare sector.

We understand that choosing a nursery means placing a great deal of trust in the people caring for your child. That’s why we value a welcoming atmosphere, supportive relationships and open communication with parents.

Our aim is to help children feel secure, develop confidence and enjoy discovering new things, while giving parents the opportunity to build a positive relationship with our team.

For us, nursery life is about more than daily routines. It’s about creating meaningful experiences and helping children develop the skills and relationships that support their early years.

Childcare Funding Options

We know childcare costs matter to every family. That is why we support the government’s funded childcare schemes.

15 Hours Funding

Eligible families can access 15 hours of funded childcare per week. We’ll help you understand whether your child qualifies and how funded hours fit around your existing routine.

30 Hours Funding

Working families may be entitled to 30 hours of funded childcare per week. Our team can guide you through eligibility and the application process. This way, funding won’t feel like a barrier to getting started.
