Founded by Mrs Frain, Caring Hands Nursery offers a warm, caring, and homely environment where every child is respected, listened to, and encouraged to thrive.
Since opening in 2019, Caring Hands Nursery has offered a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. Our experienced Early Years team works closely with parents to support each child’s progress and create strong foundations for future learning.
The EYFS Curriculum, Explained
Everything we do is rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), covering seven areas that support the whole child:
- Personal, Social & Emotional Development — building confidence, friendships and self-control
- Communication & Language — encouraging children to talk, listen and express themselves
- Physical Development — from fine motor skills to active outdoor play
- Expressive Arts & Design — exploring imagination through art, music and role play
- Mathematics — spotting patterns, shapes and numbers in everyday play
- Literacy — a love of stories, sounds and mark-making that grows into reading and writing
- Understanding the World — curiosity about people, places, nature and technology
